Replacing a home's heating and cooling is one of the biggest purchases most families make, and the traditional way of buying it is broken: schedule three sales visits, sit through three pitches, collect three quotes that can't be compared line for line, and spend the next two weeks dodging follow-up calls. A large share of what homeowners pay in that system funds the process of selling to them — ad spend, commissions, and overhead — not the equipment or the craftsmanship.

We built the direct alternative. The price is computed from the home, shown before anyone visits, and includes the whole job. The money that used to fund the sales machine stays in the homeowner's pocket — and the installers who do the actual work get steady jobs without buying leads.
